profanity and vulgar language in the presence of Huldah Gooding at
Bettie Goodings house in Mosley Hall Township
SUMMON for State-Huldah Gooding,Charley Burnett and Addie Gooding
SUMMON for Defendant--Bennie Ham,George Carlise,Cleveland Loften and
Henry Lowe
