Alexander Potter being duly sworn,complains and says,that at and in said
county,and in Mosley Hall Township,on and about the 25 day of
Dec.1905,Charlie Parrish and Rufus Mozingo did unlawfully and wilfully
run into my buggy and damage said buggy by breaking down one rear wheel.

Summoned for state
Joseph Warters,Alexander Potter and Will Hill

The defendents fined one dollar and costs
