R.L.Walston being duly sworn,complains and says,that at and in said
County,and in Institute Township,in or about the 18th day of
Sept.1905,that Tom Potter,Alic Potter and Junious Potter did unlawfully
and wilfully cursed and abused the said R.L.Walston and threaten to whip
me and --me to go to ---  ---- the said Tom Potter and Alic Potter used
all kind of insulting and abusive language to me.The said Tom Potter and
Alic Potter used all kind of insulting and abusive language near my
dwelling house in the presence of Alice Walston my wife.
SUMMONS for State R.L.Walston,Mrs.Alice Walston,Samuel Walston and Sam
Dawson
