Offie Fields being duly sworn,complains and says,that at and in said
County,and in Falling Creek Township,on or about the 29th day of May
1905,Troy Johnson did unlawfully and wilfully leave the fields after
having made a contract to perform certain labor and getting advance from
the said Fields.

SUBPENA for State--Offie Fields

Offie Fields the plantiff comes into court and ask that the warrent be
withdrawn and the court consents that the same be done this day June
1905.
