Agnes H. Becton
Agnes Grace Haddock Becton, 87, of Kinston died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002. She
was a homemaker and member of Queen Street United Methodist Church. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Fred S. Becton. Graveside services will be
held Monday, Feb. 18, 2002, from Pinelawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Francis
Daniel officiating. Survivors include her sons, Lee S. Becton and wife, Linda of
Conover and Joel H. Becton and wife, Jane of Beaufort; sister, Elizabeth H. Green
of Trenton; her brothers, William Bryant Haddock and Joseph Henry Haddock, both
of Trenton; and two grandchildren, Stan Becton and wife, Dale of Charlotte and Susan
Becton of Hickory. The family will receve friends Monday immediately following the
