March 22, 1922. Charlotte Observer. ASA JAMES HADDOCK Kinston, March 21 - The death of Asa James Haddock, 84, well-known Jones county man, was reported here today. Mr. Haddock resided near Trenton. Pneumonia was given as the cause of death. Mr. Haddock was a farmer. He was a native of Pitt County. He left a considerable estate. A widow and two children survive.
