Betsy Lane Killingsworth Eastham, 90, of Kinston Rt. 3 died Saturday at Lenoir
Memorial Hospital. She was a homemaker and member of Lanie’s Chapel
Christian Church and a former member of the Eastern Star in Trenton. Services
will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the church N.C. 58 South, with the Revs. Morgan
Daughety and Jerry Burton officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery.
Survivors include a stepson, Bill Eastham of LaGrange; and two stepdaughters,
Frances Harlos of Bradenton, Fla., and Lavonia Taylor of Kinston. The family will
receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Garner-Stroud Funeral Home in Kinston.
