PINK HILL -- Billy Wilson King, 58, of Rt. 1, Box 207B, died Thursday, 
Sept. 28, 2000, at his home.  He was a retired mechanic with the Civil 
Service in Camp LeJuene.  He served in the U.S. Army and was a member 
of Pleasant Hill Christian Church.  Survivors include his wife, Delores S. 
King of the home; a daughter, Kimberly King Honeycutt of Kinston; a son, 
Billy Wade King of Pink Hill; five sisters, Carol K. Jarman of Kinston, 
Brenda K. Jarman of Richlands, Joyce F. Thigpen of Trenton, and Judy 
K. Jarman and Jane K. Ferguson, both of Pink Hill; two brothers, Ellis A. 
King of Kinston and Horace King. Jr. of Pink Hill; and four grandchildren.   
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from Pleasant Hill Christian 
Church with Rev. Robert Bucknam and Pastor Brent Watts officiating.  
Burial will be follow in Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery.  The family will 
receive friends at home.
