January 21, 1914. Charlotte Observer. EDWARD W. CHADWICK Superintendent of Carolina Railroad Dies at Kinston Kinston, Jan. 20 - Edward W. Chadwick, aged 43 superintendent of the Carolina Railroad died here this afternoon at 4:15 o'clock of pneumonia. He was a native of Lenoir County and many years a resident of Kinston. Mr. Chadwick was well-known and a leading fraternity man. He leaves a family. Please do not contact me as I do not have any information on these individuals.
