VIRGINIAN PILOT JUNE 11, 2003 Frederick E. King NORFOLK -- Frederick E. King, 74, died June 9, 2003. He was a native of Kinston, N.C., and a longtime resident of Moyock, N.C. He retired with more than 50 years of devoted service from Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line and was always a dedicated railroad employee. His daughter, Nancy Webb and granddaughter, Kylie Webb of Virginia Beach and a sister, Mary Lou Brown of Las Vegas, Nev. survive him. He was a loving father and grandfather who gave of himself unconditionally. Your memory will live in our hearts forever. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Nancy Webb, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Heart Pavilion at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, is handling arrangements.
