The Free Press/Saturday,April 22,2000 Kinston-Hampton Hill,87,of 2869 Daly Waldrop Road,died Thursday,April 20,2000, at his home.He was a retired Chevrolet mechanic,and a member of Woodman of the World.He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where he served as a Sunday School Superint- endent or many years and was a member of the Methodist Men's Group.He received a Special Mission Recognition by the United Methodist Women.Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Beatrice H.Hill of the home;a son,Robert E. Hill and wife,Betty of Smithfield,Va.;two daughters,Ramona Hill Hoffman of Kinston;and Cherry Elaine Parks and husband,Blaine of Littleton;four grandchildren,Belton Hoffman,Paige Hill Wilson,Gregory M.Parks,and Eric B.Parks,and one great-granddaughter,Amy Hoffman.
