BOY ACCIDENTALLY SHOT AND KILLED AT KINSTON Kinston, Dec. 29 - James Braxton 13, was instantly killed in the out-skirts of this city today by the accidental discharge of a gun in the hands of James Dail, Jr. 15. The boys with others had been shooting at a target. The dead boy was the son of Mrs. J. W. Braxton, and a brother-in-law of Mayor Dawson. He was a student at a cadet school.
