Jasmine J. Albertson
Richlands – Jasmine Jones Albertson, 58, of 8610 N.C. 41 W., died 
Monday, June 30, 2003, at her home.  Jasmine was a devoted mother, 
sister, daughter, wife, and friend.  She loved her Lord dearly, her family, 
and had a deep affection for the deaf community in which she lovingly 
taught.  She demonstrated a servant’s heart to all who knew her.  She 
was exuberant and passionate and brilliantly creative.  She now dances 
free on golden streets in the full and mighty presence of her God. She 
was preceded in death by her father, Heber Jones; and grandson, Cam 
Stanley.  Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2003 at 
Whaley’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Richlands with the Rev. 
Johnny Wilson officiating.  Visitation will follow the service in the church 
and interment will be held at 3:30 p.m. in Oak Ridge Memorial Park in 
Pink Hill.  Survivors include her mother, Jasmine Jones of Richlands; 
daughter, Greta Dare Stanley and husband, David of Greensboro; son, 
Ronald Britt Albertson and wife, Stephanie, of Goldsboro; her former 
husband, Dale Albertson of Beulaville; four sisters, Delia Davis of Pink 
Hill, Zoa Raynor of Beulaville, Irene Weston and Phobe Emory, both of 
Richlands; and four grandchildren Nick Seery, Samantha Albertson, 
Canain Stanley and Chloe Stanley.  Arrangements by Pink Hill Funeral
