Obituary of Libbye Cooper Albritton ~ 1941

The following obituary appeared in The Kinston Daily Free Press, Kinston, NC. :
LAST RITES FOR MRS. ALBRITTON TUESDAY: Rites for Mrs. Libbye Cooper Albritton will be held 
from the home at 315 Warren Avenue at 3 p.m. Tuesday. Burial in Maplewood Cemetery, with Dr. 
T. C. Johnson, Baptist pastor, officiating. She died at her home Monday morning after an illness of 
several months. She was the widow of the late Leo Sanders Albritton.

Surviving are a son, Leo S. Albritton, Kinston, and a daughter, Mrs. Louis Garrett Stanfield, Greenville. 
These sisters also survive, Miss Mary Cooper and Mrs. P. L. Farbor, both of Kenansville, Mrs. L. D. 
Dail, Magnolia; Mrs. D. L. Wells, Wallace, Mrs. J. D. Larkins, Wilmington."
