Lula Wilson KINSTON - Lula Wilson, 82, of 813 Chestnut St, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today at Rhema Word Christian Center with Bishop J.P. Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Survivors include husband, James E. Wilson of the home; six daughters, Bessie Givens, Mary W. Jones, Barbara W. Gray, Rose Williams, Theresa Wilson, all of Kinston and Janice Wilson of the home; five sons, James Wilson, Jr., Lynn Wilson, Rayfield Wilson, John Wilson, all of Kinston and Connythan Wilson of the home; 49 grandchildren, 115 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, at other times the family will be at the home and 2111 Cedar Lane. Arrangements by Loftin Funeral Home.
