Milan Bert Noble Sr.,84,of 1649 Neuse Road died Sept.2 at his residence.Noble was a retired farmer and tobacconist with Central Warehouse,elder and trustee of Southwest Christian Church [Disciples of Christ],and a member of Woodmen of the World.Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Edwards Funeral Home chapel in Kinston with the Rev.Dennis Lamm officiating.Interment will follow in Pionelawn Memorial Park in Kinston.Survivors include his wife,Etta Mae Hunning Noble of the home;three sons,Milan Bert Noble Jr.and Roger B.Noble,both of Kinston,and Larry B.Noble of Greenville;four daughters,Geraldine Croom of Rocky Mount,Judy Goodson of Jacksonville,Nora Henry of Kinston and Jennifer Lamm of Greenville;one brother,Wayne Noble of Kinston;three sis- ters,Leah Riggs and Alma Lent,both of Kinston,and Eleanor Banks of Trenton;21 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
