Russell Wayne "Fat Boy" Thompson 
LA GRANGE - Russell Wayne "Fat Boy" Thompson, 37, of 2264 Institute Road, passed 
away Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at his home. A private service will be held at a later time. 
Survivors include his father, Floyd Lee Thompson and wife Linda of Deep Run; his mother, 
Stella Oglesby and husband, Ken of Tennesse; his fiancée, Trina Michelle; their daughter, 
Heather Nicole Brinkley of the home; his step-mother, Wanda Noe of Deep Run: his sisters, 
Sheila Thompson, LeaAnn Oglesby and Tina Dudley, all of Kinston; and a brother, Floyd Lee 
Thompson, Jr. of Kinston. Garner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Sign the
