LA GRANGE - William Moye, 80, of La Grange, passed away Friday, Feb. 5, 2010. William was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Fields Moye; and mother, Gay Marie Moye Wiggins. He was a retired carpenter with Thomas L. Jones Construction. William enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of Bill Elliott. A graveside service of remembrance will be held Monday, Feb. 8, 2010, at 2 p.m. from Fairview Cemetery. William is survived by a son, Danny William Moye and wife, Debra of La Grange; daughter, Karen Sue Moye of Snow Hill; two grandchildren, Danny William "Bill" Moye Jr. and wife, Mara of Greenville and Joshua Shane Moye of La Grange; great-grandson, Jacob William Moye; three sisters, Judy Anderson of La Grange, Kathy Hill of Grifton and Linda Wiggins Smith of La Grange.
